Nepal's popular rock band http://greatthatsamsungcontinues.blogspot.com /2012/12/1974-ad-reunited-concert-in-st-xavier.html" style="background-color: cyan;">1974 ad is featured in the remix of the official World cup song "The world is ours" originally sang by Brazilian-American singer David Correy. The song used 120 musicians and producers from all around the world, including our own 1974 ad. The video shows the snippet of the Nepali version of the song, composed by 1974 ad at 00:32. CocaCola had organized a competition for Nepali bands to send their composition, from where they selected the best one who worked with 1974 ad for the Nepali version. Actually David Correy teamed up with CocaCola to create 24 localized versions of the song which took 300 hours of studio time, One being the Nepali version called "Cha Sansar ma hamro". 

Official Facebook page of 1974 ad shared the mashup song of the different language versions and expressed the awesome experience in working for the world cup theme song. It is truly a proud moment for all the Nepali people to have our band featured in the FIFA world cup 2014 anthem. Another exciting reason to watch the world cup here in Nepal.
